This is my summer giveaway! I love nothing more than assembling a group of my favorite goodies and getting to do it in France was such fun.
If you weren’t around for the last giveaway, I talked about having a store with my two partners for 10 years, called Posh. I loved to buy for the store and assemble collections, and we had pretty vignettes throughout. We sold gifts, baby, jewelry, furniture, accessories and artwork. We had a design studio and office upstairs with a railing, overlooking the store. It had 18 foot ceilings and the east wall was filled with windows. It was really nice, if I do say so myself.
Above is a shot of the store entrance.
We had two sales a year and one was a Paris flea market sale in the summer.
Like I said in February, I would like to eventually have 6 Posh Boxes a year, in a subscription format, with bigger items, but I would have to have 1000’s of subscribers to begin that… A girl can dream, right?
I have put together a giveaway with the summer theme of The French Edition. I will announce the winner on July 20.

This is a french made cotton tea towel from Le Jacquard Français, a line we carried in the store. Their quality is exceptional and I love the product. The one I found in France is similar to that pictured above.
Well I couldn’t go to Dijon and not bring back some mustard! Here you have small jars of whole grain, chablis and yellow Jura wine mustards, and a sample jar of cassis mustard. They are from Edmund Fallot - an original dijon mustard company from 1840. Enjoy!
This is the best selling french brand L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream. When I saw this large size in fun summer packaging, I scooped it up!
I have been loving Fragonard soaps and fragrances since we carried them in the store in the early 2000’s! Then on my trip to Provence and Paris, I visited the flagship store and museum in Paris. I participated in a perfume workshop there and am now completely in love. (It ties in well with my soaps addiction.)This one has a subtle iris scent.
This silk scarf is from the great store - MonoPrix - it’s the French version of Target. I have found really cute clothes in there, and we always pop in if possible. It’s approximately 38'“ x 67”.
This little canape plate is from the French company Gien, and is an example faience. They are all hand painted so each a little different. I found it in a gift shop.
This little treat is from the Pierre Marcolini chocolate shop in Paris. Marcolini is a Belgium chocolatier but the Paris shop was wondrous. And it’s sure to be yummy.
I first bought this in Provence for myself and as gifts. It’s finishing salt hand harvested from the salt flats of the Camargue, in southern France. Delicious.
A great little story - set in the areas where we were on our trip to Burgundy and Champagne! I thoroughly enjoyed it.
